If you or your gift recipient is not completely satisfied with your Mäni’s order, we promise to make up for any displeasure with your choice of a refund or replacement (see Refund Policy below for details). Refund Policy
We guarantee that any product you receive from Mäni’s will be of high quality and in top physical condition, assuming ambient temperatures of below 90 degrees Fahrenheit for perishable products. Any item(s) that are unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request as long as you alert us to the details of the problem within 5 business days of having received your order.
