Our Caramelized Apple Tart is rich and buttery, yet crisp with fall apple flavors. It's sweetened with fruit juice reduction, and is available as a 4" tart.
Wow. The team here at Mäni’s is drooling over our new Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake. It's hard to go wrong with such a classically cravable flavor pairing, but our pastry department really hit it out of the park with this one. It's vegan and fruit juice sweetened, with layers of chocolatey peanut buttery deliciousness glazed in vegan ganache. Holy mackerel.
We knew the Red Velvet cupcake would be a smash, as so many of you Mäniacs have requested it, so we put it into cake form to satisfy the masses! It is everything you'd hoped it would be: vegan, moist, rich, decadent, fruit juice sweetened, fantastic! The classic Southern favorite is frosted and layered with our vegan cream cheese frosting.
