4. I’m wondering what the ingredients of your pies are.  I couldn’t find it on the website.  Are they made with sugar or fruit juice?  What is the crust made of?  Does the pumpkin have dairy in it?  Sorry, my husband is on a strict diet.

5. Hi Brooke,

   All of the pies are fruit juice sweetened, with the exception of the Apple Maple Streusel (which has fruit juice and maple sugar).

   None of the pies have dairy or eggs (or any animal products; they are all vegan).

   The crust is wheat-free and fruit juice sweetened. It is made with spelt flour.
