FAQ: Can Diabetics Eat Your Baked Goods?

That depends on several factors.  One is whether or not you are exchanging your foods.  Diabetics are often put on a diet where they can have a certain amount of fruits, carbs and fats in a day.  For example if you decide to eat an apple, that would account for a certain amount of daily fruit grams.

Generally diabetics are told not to consume processed cane sugar.  At Mäni's our products are made with the following sweeteners:  fruit juice reduction, barley malt, agave, maple, date sugar, organic sugar.  We've been told that diabetics should avoid sugar and maple.

American Diabetes Association for more info.

    1. diabetics can eat the baked goods along with anything else if it is prepared for diabetics in mind. there are lot of diabetes recipes out there which one can use to make a nice meal which otherwise would not be possible for diabetics to eat
