My Personal Experiences at Mäni’s
Mäni’s Bakery has provided me with a healthier eating habits and inspired me to eat better and live a healthy life. When I started working here about a year ago, I didn’t care what I was eating. Being in this environment has helped me gain the knowledge to eat better, live a better life and just be healthy in general. I have learned so much.
My advice, keep a daily routine schedule to help yourself out. I always have TO DO lists at work and in life and I do everything one by one and cross it off as I complete it.
Here’s an example:
1) Follow your meal plan, eat healthy
2) Eat meals at the proper time and on a regular schedule
3) Use a scale to weigh portions of food
4) Learn how to make healthy choices when you eat out
5) Eat food and drinks with carbohydrates and fat in moderation

This is a great reminder Juan. I am currently establishing a daily yoga practice. When I first considered it, I was overwhelmed thinking about where it was going to fit in my schedule. Then I realized that I could start small - very small - I actually call it microscopic changes. So, I now do 1 yoga pose a day! I have done one pose every single day for the past 3 weeks. I am already noticing changes. But the key is to fight the urge to think in “all or nothing” terms. Try out “a little” and see how it goes.
Look like I have a little competition when it comes to handing out some nutrition advice.
Excellent advice.
Thanks for the suggestion…
