Table 1 -- Our Regular Customers
Some people call it the Cheers factor at Mäni’s. It’s the way our regulars know the staff. They know what’s new. How someone is doing. Perhaps these people know more about Mäni’s than anyone else.
So we’re inviting all you regulars to have your Table 1 corner.
Here’s the deal. You write a story, comment, a few sentences about your experience at Mäni’s and we post them. Send any story you want published directly to me, .
If we get enough interest in this over the next week or two, we’ll design a special section for you right on our blog site.
So let’s have some fun, and welcome to Table 1.
Of course, every regular (staff will approve this) gets a complimentary dessert as a kick off. (Limited time offer!) Oh yeah include how often you come here, how many of the staff you know etc. Thanks for being a Mäniac (regular).

I have been coming to Mäni’s for just over three years; a good friend brought me there about a year after I moved to LA and I was hooked! Not only am I able to maintain my gluten free diet with incredible food, the staff is fabulous and makes me feel really welcome. Some weeks I am there 3-4 times, other weeks, during my travel season, I think longingly of what I am missing and try to get in when I get back in town. It’s one of the first places I bring visiting friends and I have shared my addiction with friends all over S. Cal, some who now drive up from the OC to feed a craving. Nico, Misael, Jerry: some of the best folks I know. And the new staff members, just as friendly. Thanks for being there!
Thanks for posting that Elham. send me your snail mail address so I can send you your Mäni’s card good for a free dessert!
I originally came to Mani’s the desserts. But recently tried the soups and became hooked. The brocoli soup is incredible and has become a weekly addiction of mine. Not only that, but Mani’s has had a positive influence on my lifestyle as I’ve weaned myself off artificial sweeteners and go for the natural stuff like agave. Thank you!
Steve,
Send me your snail mail address, so I can send you a Mani’s card.
I’ve been noshing at Mani’s for over 12 years, it’s been a wonderful, healthy addiction the moment I discovered the Interrogation Cupcake - “Got Milk?”
When I moved to Sherman Oaks, luckily (for a while, at least) Mani opened a Studio City location; when I moved to NYC I bought the cookbook so I could make some of my favorites away from home. My all-time favorite bite is the Pumpkin-Cranberry Muffin with a yogaccino.
Good stuff, y’all!
I have been a Mani’s fan for over ten years. It all began with a delectable carrot raisin cupcake, which led to more visits--the perfect study break, breakfasts on the go, late night dessert and tea, dining alfresco, birthday/special occasion cakes for family and friends.... Now that I live in San Francisco, Mani’s is one of the few things I miss about LA. Whenever I am in town, I make a trip (or two, or three) in for my favorite vegan breakfasts and desserts --yummy!
