In celebration of this wonderful time of year, we have created the Fresh Peach Tart for you to enjoy.  But you better hurry! Peaches are thought to have originated in China, which is still the biggest producer of peaches worldwide.  In this country, Georgia claims to be the “Peach State”, but California produces the most peaches in the United States. Peach season locally runs from early June until late October, but we think they are at their sweetest and juiciest right now.
