We like to offer choice, let us know what yours is. Fondant is a sugar dough that we can use to cover cakes and make all kinds of decorations like flowers and pearls.  There really is no limit to what we can do with it. Mecca brought in a picture that she found, and we were able to make her 16th birthday cake exactly like she wanted it.
