Mr. Tea
and Mäni's Tea-m Up
Mäni's Bakery Café has combined talents with one
of the world's leading purveyors of organic tea.
Steven Schwartz, owner of
The Art of Tea blends
his training and background in preventative
medicine with his passion for delivering the
highest quality organic tea. He has traveled
extensively and tastes hundreds of various teas a
year searching to carry a quality driven product
line that matches people’s needs for vibrancy.
Through
exploring the 5000 year old tradition of brewing
loose leaf teas, The Art of Tea hand crafts their
own artisan blends, making the experience of
drinking tea more fun and interactive. Each varietal carries an attractive display and a
unique character. Beautiful flower displays, hand
rolled globes, and needle shapes are just a few
examples of the time intensive quality that has
gone into each pot. As the unique blend of organic
tea leaves unfurl in your cup the mind begins to
relax and enjoy the moments we allow ourselves to
take.
There are six new teas added to our menu. They
include Velvet Tea, Organic Jasmine Pearls, Starry
Night, Organic Silver Needle (White Tea), Organic
English Breakfast, and Amore, our featured tea
this month. Below you will find a list of
recommendations.
Combo Recommendations
Clarity Combo-Organic Jasmine Pearls (hand rolled
organic green tea infused with organic jasmine
petals) goes great with just about anything.
Jasmine and green tea combined, are know to lower
cholesterol, reduce anxiety, and aid in digestion.
So, for those looking for a light meal, jasmine
pearls are the perfect accompaniment to any fresh
entrée. Try this tea with our Amandine Chicken Salad.
Coco Buzz-Velvet Tea (Blend of Chocolate, South
African Organic Rooibos, Almonds, and Mint) goes
great with Mäni's famous Chocolate Dipped
Chocolate Chip Cookie.
Valentine’s Brunch-Amore Tea (Blend of organic
flower scented white teas, wild roses, organic
peppermint, and seasonally selected botanicals)
combined with our Golden Waffles topped with fresh
fruit. It’s a great way to keep the senses
refreshed and alive for an awe-inspiring month.
Keep a look out for the new gift sets. This month
in honor of Valentine's Day we feature a gift
special on Amore tea- A blend of organic flower
scented white teas, wild roses, organic
peppermint, and seasonally selected botanicals.
